The Tale of the Frog Prince is an audience participation comedy based on the story of a lonely Frog Prince who lives in a swamp on a large kingly estate. However, he is really a prince who has been turned into a frog by a wicked witch who cast a spell upon him. In order to break the spell, the frog must be kissed by a beautiful princess, which is done with hilarious results.

A classic tale about a young puppet who wants more than anything to be a real boy! In this delightful audience participation play, we watch as Pinocchio struggles to achieve the transformation he so strongly yearns for.

Adults: $10, Children: $8 and Children under three are free!

In addition, if there is a upcoming children's birthday/event, we can schedule a performance in conjunction with it, for a fun birthday party at the Vanderbilt.

Doors to the theater open thirty minutes before every performance.

Without reservations, seats are assigned as you arrive, and are on a first come, first serve basis, excluding our new and long term subscribers.

Children under three years of age do not need a ticket.

Urgent Casting Call

The Arena Players Children's Theater is casting for the roles of "Sandwich Man/Fire Easter"  and "Harlequin" in our upcoming production of Pinnochio, which runs from March 3 - April 7.

For "Sandwich Man/Fire Eater" we are seeking a young adult male between the ages of 13-17 with the ability to play a villian and for the role of "Harlequin" we are seeking a girl/young adult female between the ages of 10-17, to play Pinnochio's puppet friend.

Rehearsals will be mostly at the Vanderbilt Mansion Carriage House, work around school schedules and begin immediately. Please send head shots and resumes (if applicable) to ArenaPlayers, as soon as possible.
