           (via Long Island Expressway):

          L.I.E. to Exit 49 South (Route
  110).  Travel South on Route 110
  approx. 4 miles (you will pass SUNY
  Farmingdale College & Republic
  Airport) to Route 109 East.  Theatre
  is 1/2 mile on right, about 1/4 mile
  past first traffic light.



     FROM THE EAST
           (via Southern State Parkway):

          S.S.P. west to Exit 33 (Route
   109).  Go to light, make a u-turn.
   Theatre is about 1/4 mile on right.



    FROM THE WEST
           (via Southern State Parkway):

          S.S.P. east to Exit 32 North
  (Route 110).  Travel North on Route
  110 approx. 1 mile to Route 109
  East. Theatre is 1/2 mile on right,
  about 1/4 mile past first traffic light.

          L.I.E. to Exit 51 North (Deer
  Park Ave. North). Just past the
  Northern State Parkway over-
  pass, Deer Park Ave forks. Bear
  left at fork and continue north
  past Jericho Tpke. Proceed to
  Broadway and turn right. Con-
  tinue on Broadway for about
  5 1/2 miles. When you cross
  Route 25A, the road becomes
  Little Neck Road. Continue
  through residential area about
  1 mile. Mansion entrance is on
  the right centered between a
  large white masonry wall.
